The Liz Truss Uprising was an event that occured on the 22nd October 2022. It was a national uprising launched by Liz Truss and her supporters. It came after the Resignation of Liz Truss on the 20th October, where Liz Truss was forced to resign

Background[edit | edit source]

After the failure of the Mini Budget made by Liz Truss and Kwasi Kwarteng, calls for Liz Truss to resign increased as the Labour Party surged to a consistent 30 point lead in polls.

After a PMQs on the 19th of October, where Liz Truss claimed "I am a Fighter, not a Quitter", she resigned the day after.

Unbeknowenst to the general public, Liz Truss had planned this, to increase her own power, as is proven by many insider reports.

The uprising[edit | edit source]

At 05:24 on the morning of Saturday, 22nd October 2022, military forces throughout the 157 constituencies whose MPs had endorsed Liz Truss began moving into large settlements, and Liz Truss gave an ultimatum to King Charles III,

"I, Mary Elizabeth Truss MP, hereby order you to abdicate the throne to me, Empress Mary Elizabeth Truss I, Empress of England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and all of the Commonwealth, of the reclaimed 13 colonies and the Chinese Possessions"

Charles denounced Liz's ultimatum almost immediately upon it being broadcasted, and therefore, Liz Truss ordered her Loyalists to attack.
