Havering, officially the Independent Republic of Havering (IRH) and commonly known as Independent Havering, is an unrecognised breakaway state that is internationally recognised as a part of the United Kingdom. The IRH controls most of the London Borough of Havering, a unitary authority in England. Its largest town and administrative capital is Romford.
