Germany, officially the German People's Republic is a country located in the Western portion of Central Europe. It borders the French Workers' Federation, Wallonia, and the Netherlands to the West, Austria, and Switzerland to the South, Denmark to the North, and Poland and Czechoslovakia to the East. The nation's capital and largest city is Berlin
The formal unification of Germany commenced on 18 August 1866 establishing the North German Confederation that later transformed into the German Empire on 18 January 1871. Following victory in the Great War blah blah (I'll expand this section one day I swear)
Civil unrest caused by the 1931 global economic downturn and political repression eventually evolved into the German Revolution of 1932. The republic was declared on 12 September of the same year following the abdication of the Kaiser.
